Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pants and have the perfect fit. Because our garments are crafted locally in small batches, we uphold a strict return policy to ensure all returned inventory remains in pristine, brand-new condition.

Return & exchange guidelines

  1. 14-day window

    Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.

  2. Unworn & original condition

    Pants must be unworn, unwashed, and free of horse hair, dirt, scents, or barn residue, with all original tags attached.

  3. Riding & saddle policy

    For hygiene and resale reasons, pants that have been worn for riding, barn work, or extended wear are final sale and non-returnable. We recommend trying your pants on at home on a clean surface before taking them out to the barn.

  4. Alterations & hemming

    Any garments that have been hemmed, tailored, or altered are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Exchanges

    Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges on all eligible, unworn items (subject to stock availability).
